A large Tennessee River reservoir straddling Rhea and Meigs counties — this freshly rebuilt public ramp at Spring City is a solid, well-maintained access point for boating, fishing and swimming.

Getting around

Not checked yet

Rebuilt in 2025 with a two-lane paved ramp, a new aluminum courtesy dock, and a large, level, well-lit parking lot. Best used spring through early fall - at low winter pool, avoid launching a boat that draws more than 2 feet.

This is what we’ve observed, not a formal accessibility certification. Things change — tell us if this is out of date.
