A Tennessee River reservoir near South Pittsburg, with a free boat ramp at the Shellmound Recreation Area alongside camping, swimming and fishing. Other public access points ring the lake, including Marion County Park's fishing pier.

Near South Pittsburg, just off the I-24 Jasper exit, next to Nickajack Dam. Other public access points around the lake include Marion County Park (fishing pier and boat ramp) and Sullivan's Landing off Highway 41.
