Laurel-Snow Pocket WildernessRichland Creek Road, Dayton, TN 37321Get directions →

Two named waterfalls in one rugged gorge — Laurel Falls (80 ft) and Snow Falls (35 ft) — on Cumberland Trail Conservancy land just north of Dayton. A real hike over natural terrain with creek crossings, not a paved stroll. About 30-35 minutes from Soddy-Daisy, closer than most of the Lookout Mountain options.

Getting around

Not checked yet

Trailhead is at the end of a gravel road (Richland Creek Road, off Back Valley Road north of Dayton) - not a paved parking area. Trails to the two falls are natural surface, with creek crossings and steep sections in the gorge; not stroller or wheelchair friendly.

This is what we’ve observed, not a formal accessibility certification. Things change — tell us if this is out of date.
