Edwards Point

One of the major overlooks on this stretch of the Cumberland Trail — a wide panorama of the Tennessee River Gorge and the Chattanooga-area landscape. Reachable from the Signal Point trailhead (passing Julia Falls Overlook along the way) or from the Rainbow Lake trailhead on Ohio Avenue.

Photography tip: this is a destination hike, not a drive-up stop — bring water and plan for several hours round trip.
