One of the most dramatic canyons in the region, on the Georgia side of Lookout Mountain — two named waterfalls tumble into the gorge, reached by a trail with about 600 stairs each way. About 45 minutes from Soddy-Daisy.

Open 7 AM-10 PM daily. The Waterfalls Trail to Cherokee Falls and Hemlock Falls is about 2 miles round trip but includes roughly 600 stairs down into the gorge and back up - a real hike, not a stroll.
